These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Mag Digital Services website and the services we provide. By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

Services

Mag Digital Services provides digital marketing services including but not limited to Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Google Ads management, Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads management, and graphic design. Specific scope, deliverables and pricing for any engagement will be confirmed in a separate proposal or agreement before work begins.

Pricing & Payment

Published plan pricing (Starter, Advance, Growth) is listed in US Dollars and reflects monthly management fees. Advertising spend on Google Ads, Meta Ads or other platforms is separate from our management fee unless otherwise agreed in writing. Invoices are due per the schedule agreed at the start of an engagement.

No Guaranteed Results

While we apply industry best practices to every campaign, digital marketing outcomes (such as search rankings, ad performance or lead volume) depend on many factors outside our control, including platform algorithm changes, market competition and budget. We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic, or revenue outcomes.

Client Responsibilities

• Provide timely access to necessary accounts, assets and approvals
• Provide accurate information about your business and goals
• Respond to requests for feedback within a reasonable timeframe

Cancellation

Engagements run month-to-month unless otherwise specified in a proposal. Either party may cancel with written notice as outlined in the service agreement.

Intellectual Property

Creative assets, ad copy and designs produced for a client become the client's property upon full payment, unless otherwise agreed. Mag Digital Services retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio unless a client requests otherwise in writing.

Limitation of Liability

Mag Digital Services shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
